The Actors Workshops Dublin
We aim to give you a chance to explore acting, in a trusting and safe environment with friendly people. This is an experimental drama workshop run by 20-year industry professional actor/playwright Karl Argue.
The Workshop
The Workshop takes place every Wednesday evening from 7 to 9pm
We meet once a week to work on material, explore exercises. We put on a show four times a year.
Actors:
If you are an actor looking to work on a scene for a project or for an audition, or you just want to workout some material, this might be the right platform for you.
Writers:
If you are working on a script and would like to put it in the hands of some willing actors and see what it’s like in front of an audience, this might be a good facility you could utilise.
Actors in training:
Acting students are welcome, after they take our eight-week beginners course, it is essential for group dynamic to start off through our beginner’s course.

Beginners to Advanced Workshop – Thursdays
The class will start off with some drama exercises, theatre games and more. Basic to advanced acting techniques, improvisation, role-play, scene-study. We explore acting in both comedy and drama, and much more.
Scripts will be handed out on the night.
Beginners welcome
If you have ever thought about trying acting, even just for fun, this is the workshop for you. You are welcome to come and give it a go. Our beginners class attracts a diverse bunch of people, from all backgrounds: Doctors, Accounts, Artists, Students, & I.T. Acting students and more
(No experience necessary)
This is an on-going class starting January 11th and running until July 26th 2018
Price: €80 for 8 workshops
Location: The Flowing Tide (Basement), 9 Lower Abbey Street, Dublin.
When: 7 to 9pm every Thursday
